I came across this on facebook and just had to watch the video. I actually think that they are on to something that is very big and smart. The fear of paying more money will make people in higher places do more to stop certain issues.
So why hasn't the United States ever thought to try this to?
Oh yea I forgot, the rich want to get richer while the poor gets poorer, in short selfishness.
