Roo's Dish
This lovely home cooked meal is by my friend Roo or Kat ...better yet Katherine =) She cooked: Corn Garlic Mashed Potatoes Fried Butterflied Shrimp Blueberry Loaf! Although I was not in the area to sample this great dish, I know this girl can cook. But she is not willing to share her recipe at this time...hmm I wonder what secret ingredients she uses because this lady can THROW DOWN! I have had plenty of other dishes by Roo before I moved back to South Fla. She gets the YUMMY STAMP of approval!
